Man’s ingenuity is such that we are the only specie that has the capability to Create, Innovate, be Flexible and Adopt as well as Adapt to the ongoing demands to be Competitive in today’s Market Arena.

Therefore, what needs to be created needs to be unique. Unique in the sense that it is either unforgettable or expands a customer’s horizons in the belief that features and benefits far outweigh the value for money expended by a customer.

What makes people talk about is not a thing, an object or a product. What IS important so much so that people do not forget is the EXPERIENCE gained while either purchasing that product or service or being pampered in a 5 star hotel.

So how do you beat the competition, how do you separate yourself from OTHERS that will create word of mouth advertising? Let me pose a scenario to you. Let us suppose that a married couple would like to celebrate their wedding anniversary. The wife says “Let’s go on a Cruise…” the husband posits, “Why don’t we go to Vegas instead”.


This discussion leads to a debate that leads to an argument that in the end run, both couples, exhausted by the ongoing argument just state, “The heck with it, we’ll just upgrade our Kitchen.

Not only does this raise the market value if the couple do intend to sell their home but aesthetically, will be more pleasing.

Now, how do you go about beating that type of competition?

The answer? By CREATING a once in a lifetime experience through sailing with our cruise line. Why? Because you cannot discard MEMORIES. Therefore that is what you are selling. A once in a lifetime experience that produces memories forever.

However, for the memory to be a lasting experience one must remember that it is through the delivery of service excellence on a consistent basis wherein the married couple are treated like royalty, enjoying their every whim, needs and desires.

SERVICE sells! It is only through service that one remembers the experience whether good or bad that would create word of mouth advertisement and therefore beat the competition.

Remember, you have only one time to make an excellent first impression and the value of impressions do matter as it is the first experience a customer will make whether they will be repeat guests or just one time customers.
